What you DO NOT need in order to Impact

You don’t need to be popular to be great.

You don’t need popularity to lead.

You don’t need popularity before you can impact.

And you certainly don’t need popularity to become head of the pack/a country.

You simply need to know how to lead, how to impact, and how to transform.

You need authority for that. Authority only comes when you know what you’re doing. You can’t buy that, you can’t bribe that, you can’t lie about that, and you definitely cannot force that.
